ORANGE RICE, BONAMASSA 
3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 1/2 c. water
1 tsp. grated orange rind
1 c. orange juice (2 lg. oranges)
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. ground marjoram
1 c. raw rice

Melt butter in heavy saucepan; add onion, cook until tender. Add water, orange rind and juice, salt, and marjoram. Bring to boiling; stir in rice slowly. Cover; reduce heat. Cook 20 minutes or until rice is tender. Makes 4 servings.
