GLORIFIED ORANGE RICE 
1 (8 3/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
Orange juice
1 c. pre-cooked rice
1/4 c. sugar
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
1/2 c. flaked coconut
1/2 c. whipping cream

Drain pineapple and oranges to make 1 1/2 cups juice. Heat juice to boiling. Stir in rice and sugar. Remove from heat. Cool. Stir in crushed pineapple, oranges and coconut. Chill. Fold in whipped cream just before serving.
