HORSERADISH CARROTS 
12 carrots, peeled and cut into 1 inch pieces
1/2 c. water
4 tbsp. green onions, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 - 4 tbsp. horseradish
Bread crumbs
2 tbsp. butter
Paprika

Cook carrots until done; put into casserole. Mix water, green onions, mayonnaise, salt, pepper and horseradish. Pour over carrots. Bake uncovered 1/2 hour at 375 degrees, topped with bread crumbs, butter and paprika.
