BUTTERSCOTCH PIE 
3 egg yolks
1 c. brown sugar
3 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. vanilla

Beat egg yolks. Add sugar, mix well with cornstarch. Add milk and salt. Cook in double boiler until thick. Add butter and vanilla. (Also can make in microwave.)

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
