CARROT RELISH 
5 c. sliced cooked carrots
1 can tomato soup
1/4 c. salad oil
3/4 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
1 med. onion
1 sm. green pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. prepared mustard

Mix soup, salad oil, vinegar, and sugar together. Cook carrots, onion, and green pepper. Add the rest of ingredients and marinate for 10-12 hours.
