KAREN'S SWEET POTATO SOUFFLE | |
3 c. mashed sweet potatoes, canned or fresh boiled 2 eggs 1/2 c. butter, melted 1 c. sugar 1/2 c. sweet milk 1 1/2 c. brown sugar 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans 1/3 c. flour 1/2 c. butter Mix sweet potatoes, eggs, butter, sugar and milk with mixer. Pour into buttered casserole dish. Mix brown sugar, pecans, flour and butter. Sprinkle this mixture on top of sweet potato mixture and bake at 250 degrees for 30 minutes. |
