WSGW CHOPPED APPLE CAKE 
4 c. apples, sliced
2 eggs
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts, chopped

Put apples in a large bowl and break eggs over them. Beat slightly and stir with a fork. Blend together the flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, baking powder and salt. Sift over apple mixture. Stir well and add the oil, vanilla and nuts. Stir well and bake in 12 x 8 pan at 325 degrees for 1 hour. This is a nice moist cake and does not need frosting.
