TUNA NOODLE CASSEROLE 
4 tbsp. butter
1 med. green pepper, chopped
1 c. chopped celery
4 c. water
2 pkgs. Lipton noodle sauce, cheese flavor
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans tuna or 1 lg. can, drained & flakes
1 med. tomato, chopped
3 tbsp. finely chopped parsley
1/2 c. plain dry bread crumbs

In large skillet melt 2 tablespoons butter and cook green pepper and celery over medium heat, stirring occasionally 4 minutes or until tender. Remove and set aside.

Into skillet and water and bring to boil, stir noodles, cheese sauce and pepper. Boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally for 7 minutes until noodles are tender.

Stir in tuna, tomatoes, 2 tablespoons parsley and green pepper. Put in a 2 quart Pyrex casserole.

In small saucepan melt remaining 2 tablespoons butter and cook bread crumbs with 1 tablespoon parsley. Sprinkle over noodles then broil until golden. Remove from oven and let cool. Ready to eat.
