THAT'S ITALIAN LASAGNA 
1/2 lb. Italian sausage
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1 box lasagna
3 c. cottage cheese
Pepperoni
1 bag Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Brown meat; drain. Mix meat with spaghetti sauce and simmer. Prepare lasagna noodles as directed. Layer half the noodles and a layer of pepperoni in a 13x9x2 inch baking dish. Layer 1/2 the cottage cheese, 1/2 sauce and 1/2 Mozzarella cheese. Layer remaining noodles across the top and repeat with other 1/2 of ingredients. Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving. Prepare early and refrigerate and bake for 45 minutes. Serves 8-10.
