PECAN CHEWY CAKE 
2 c. light brown sugar (1 box)
5 medium eggs or 4 extra large eggs
2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. broken pecans, lightly floured

Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray or grease two 6 x 10 baking pans or one 9 x 12 baking pan.

Using mixing bowl and electric hand mixer, put brown sugar in bowl and mix in salted eggs (salt eggs as you would if scrambling). Beat well. Then mix in flour to a consistent mix. Mix in lightly floured pecans with a large spoon. Mix will be thick, more like cookie dough. Put in greased pans and cook in a 350°F oven for 32 minutes. If baking one large cake, you will need to bake 35 to 40 minutes. Could also cook in 10 x 15 cookie sheet. It would be thin like cookies and should only cook about 20 to 22 minutes.
