GUACAMOLE 
4 avocados, peeled and sliced
1/2 lb. bacon, fried or baked, drained and broken into sm. bits
1 sm. onion, finely chopped
2 sm. tomatoes, finely chopped
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt and pepper to taste

Put sliced avocados in mixing bowl and mash thoroughly with potato masher. Add onion, tomato and lemon juice; stir to blend. Stir in bacon bits. Cover tightly and chill. Serve as soon as possible, as a dip with corn chips or as a salad on crisp lettuce.
