JOHNNY MARZETTI 
3/4 lb. ground beef
3/4 lb. sausage
3 tbsp. butter
2 medium onions (chopped)
2 1/2 c. celery (chopped)
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (No. 2 1/2) can tomatoes
1 can tomato soup
3 tbsp. sugar
1 (6 to 8 oz.) pkg. noodles
1 c. grated cheese

Melt butter in skillet. Stir in onions and celery. Sauté over medium heat until onions are golden brown and translucent.

Mix the ground beef and sausage together. Cook over medium heat until brown. Add to the onions and celery. Stir in salt and pepper. Add tomatoes, soup, and sugar. Cover and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes, or until celery is tender.

Cook noodles in 2 quarts of boiling water. Drain noodles when done. Grease a casserole pan. Then put a layer of sauce, then some noodles, and some cheese. Continue the layers.

Bake uncovered at 350°F 30 minutes, or until top is browned.

Serves 6 to 8.
