CHEESE CAKE 
1 c. boiling water
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tall can chilled Pet cream
20 graham crackers
1 stick melted butter

Crush graham crackers into crumbs. Mix crumbs with melted butter and spread in pan. Save 1/2 cup crumbs for the top. Use 3 bowls. Mix water and Jello in first bowl, cream package of cream cheese with sugar and vanilla in second bowl. In third bowl beat chilled Pet milk. Add Jello and cream cheese; mix well. Pour mixture on graham cracker crumbs. Sprinkle the 1/2 cup crumbs on top. Chill.
