GRILLED EGGPLANT 
1 med. eggplant
1/2 c. olive oil
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt

Slice eggplant in 1/4 inch slices. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, basil, and seasoned salt. Mix well. Brush on eggplant slices and grill 5 minutes on each side or until tender, basting both sides. Makes about 4 servings.
