FRESH RAISIN PIE 
Pie Crust:

1 1/2 c. flour (self-rising)
2 tbsp. Crisco
2 tbsp. cold water

Mix together and roll out to make crust. Place on top of pie filling.

Filling:

1/2 tsp. allspice
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. raisins
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together all ingredients well. Pour into an unbaked pie shell and bake at 325°F for 30 minutes or until done.
