NO-CRUST FUDGE PIE 
3 sqs. unsweetened chocolate
1/2 c. butter
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Vanilla ice cream (optional)

Combine chocolate and butter in top of double boiler, cook over boiling water until melted, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, cool. Add chocolate mixture to eggs, beat well - add sugar, flour, milk, salt, and vanilla. Beat until well blended. Pour mixture into a well-greased 9-inch pie plate. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 minutes. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream, if desired. Yield: one 9-inch pie.
