LOWFAT FAJITA 
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut in strips
4 lg. green peppers, cut in strips
1 c. fat free Italian salad dressing
Flour tortillas or pita pocket bread

TOPPINGS:

Shredded Cheddar cheese
Picante sauce (or salsa)
Sliced black olives
Sour cream

Marinate chicken strips in Italian dressing for at least 1 hour. Place chicken and marinade in large skillet and cook until chicken is done and slightly brown. Remove from pan.

In same pan, cook green pepper strips until tender crisp, 5-10 minutes. When peppers are done, add chicken and heat until warm. Serve on tortillas or pitas, adding the toppings of your choice. Serves 4 to 6 people.
