SCNINCKEN NOODLE 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
3/4 to 1 lb. of Cheddar cheese
Ham steak, any size depends on how much you want.
1 (16 oz.) size of sour cream
1 sm. evaporated milk

Cook noodles as directed on package. While noodles are cooking, dice ham, grate cheese. Drain noodles then add sour cream and mix well. Add salt, to taste. Now take an oblong pan casserole dish and put 1 layer about 1 1/2 to 2 inches thick then a layer of ham, then cheese. Repeat starting with the rest of noodles again. Top it off with the rest of the cheese. Before you bake it add the can of milk. Just pour it over the top and bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 to 3/4 of an hour. Serve and enjoy.
