MANDARIN SALAD 
2 pkgs. orange Jello
2 c. hot water
No. 2 can mandarin oranges
2 lb. can crushed pineapple
Small can frozen orange juice concentrate
1 pkg. instant lemon Jello pudding
1 c. milk
1 pkg. Dream Whip

Dissolve 2 packages orange Jello in 2 cups hot water. Cut each section mandarin orange into 4 pieces and add, drained. Add one 2 pound can crushed pineapple, including juice. Add one can frozen orange juice concentrate. Let this set.

TOPPING:

1 pkg. instant lemon Jello pudding mix with 1 c. milk

Beat these together.

Prepare one package Dream Whip according to directions on package. Fold into lemon Jello pudding mixture. Put topping on orange Jello mixture that has set. Chill overnight.
