POPPY SEED CAKE | |
1 pkg. lemon cake mix (can use orange also) 2 tbsp. flour 1 (4 oz.) pkg. instant coconut pudding 4 lg. eggs 1 c. hot water 1/2 c. cooking oil 1/4 c. poppy seeds Combine ingredients and beat 4 minutes. Pour into 2 greased and floured pans, or spray with Pam. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Can use bundt pan or angel food cake pan or 2 large loaf pans or 3 small cake pans. |
