IONA'S POPPY SEED CAKE 
1 (4 serving) box instant French vanilla pudding
1 white cake mix
5 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. orange juice
1 tsp. almond extract
1/4 c. poppy seeds

Dust a greased bundt pan with cinnamon and sugar. Beat eggs and liquid. Add mixes. Fold in extract and seeds. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
