POPPY SEED CAKE 
3 c. flour
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder

Mix. 1 1/2 c. milk 1 1/8 c. oil 3 tbsp. poppy seeds 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1 1/2 tsp. butter flavoring 1 1/2 tsp. almond flavoring

Mix 2 minutes. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.

GLAZE:

1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. butter flavoring
1/2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1/2 tsp. almond flavoring
Enough lemon juice or orange juice to thicken
