BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. can of mushrooms (stems and pieces)
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheese Whiz
1 stick butter
1 c. Minute rice, cooked
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. water
8 x 12 inch Pyrex glass dish

1. In a large frying pan saute butter and add mushrooms, celery, onions, water. Once onions and celery become tender add soup (undiluted). Simmer on low while preparing remainder of ingredients.

2. In 8 x 12 inch Pyrex, add thawed broccoli and rice.

3. Melt cheese in jar by placing in microwave. This will aid in getting cheese out of jar.

4. Add cheese to broccoli and rice. Add contents of frying pan and thoroughly.

5. Place in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

6. Cool prior to serving.

This is a quick and delicious dish to bring to someone's house. Bring the recipe along because someone will ask for it! Serves 10-12.
