BEEF WITH BROCCOLI 
1 lb. beef (flank) steak
4 tbsp. stir-fry sauce
1 tbsp. corn starch
4 tbsp. cooking oil
3 stalks fresh broccoli

Cut beef across grain into thin 1/2 inch slices about 2 inches long. Mix beef with stir-fry sauce and corn starch. Broccoli is sliced into flowerettes about 2 inches long; peel stalk and into 2 inch lengths. Less than 1/2 inch thick. Pour 2 tablespoons oil into stir-fry pan and heat over high heat. Add broccoli and cook until dark green in color. Remove from pan; heat remaining oil and stir-fry beef mixture, cooking until almost done. Add cooked broccoli to the beef and mix thoroughly. Serve immediately with hot rice.
