CHICKEN WITH BROCCOLI SAUCE 
2 pkgs. uncooked boneless chicken breast fillets
1 1/2 c. seasoned flour all-purpose coating mix
1 env. onion soup mix
1 can cream of broccoli soup (or cream of celery or mushroom soup)
A few dashes of soy sauce

Your own or a prepared package mix such as Kentucky Kernel Seasoned Flour, 10 ounce box.

Mix together seasoned flour and onion soup mix. Dredge chicken in seasoned flour mix. Fry in hot oil. Remove chicken from pan. Drain excess oil. Add the can of soup to the frying pan with a few dashes of soy sauce. Add chicken, cover, and cook on low heat for about 10 minutes.

Serve with rice and your favorite vegetables.
