MEXICAN FRUIT CAKE 
2 c. flour
1 1/2 or 2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1/2 c. oil
1 c. chopped nuts (add last)

Dump all ingredients together and mix by hand or wooden spoon. Add nuts. Bake in greased 9x13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
