PAULA'S MEXICAN FRUIT CAKE 
2 eggs
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 cups flour
1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple (drained)
1 cup pecans

Icing:

6 oz. package cream cheese
2 cups powdered sugar
1/4 cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla

Beat eggs. Add and beat sugar. Add baking soda, flour, pineapple and pecans. Mix well.

Bake at 350 in 9 X 13 pan. Cool.

Icing: Cream together cream cheese, powdered sugar, butter and vanilla.
