EASY MEXICAN FRUIT CAKE 
2 c. plain flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
10 oz. can crushed pineapple (do not drain)
1 c. pecans

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

TOPPING:

Mix with mixer: 8 oz. cream cheese (room temp.) 2 tsp. vanilla 1 stick butter
