MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 sm. pkg. (10 oz.) Doritos
1 can Rotel
1 lg. can Pet milk
1 stick butter
1 med. onion, chopped
2 cans cream of chicken soup

Brown beef, drain, set aside.

SAUCE: Brown onions in butter, add Rotel tomatoes, milk and soup; stir and cook until smooth and hot.

In 9x13 inch pan, put in layers crushed chips on bottom, layer meat, sauce mixture, cheese. Layer again and end with cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Ingredients will make 2 layers of each.
