MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 can Rotel diced tomatoes and chilies
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 pkg. plain Dorito chips
1 sm. can black olives

Brown ground beef, drain. Add soups and Rotel and olives. Let simmer. Use a large casserole dish. Place layer of chips on dish, cover with meat mixture, then cover with cheese. Continue placing in layers until meat mixture is gone. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted.
