CHICKEN ENCHILADA CASSEROLE 
1 frying chicken, boiled and boned
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 sm. can Pet milk
Optional: 1 onion, 1 green pepper, chopped
1 lb. Cheddar cheese or combination of Cheddar/Velveeta or Monterey Jack cheese
1 pkg. Nacho or taco flavored Doritos

Butter a large casserole dish. Mix together liquids. Add onions and peppers. Place in layers, starting with chips, chicken, cheese, and soup. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
