CARAMEL FROSTING 
2/3 c. butter
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar (light brown)
1/2 c. (can milk) can use dairy milk
1 lb. box powdered sugar, you might not need to use all the box
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt butter in saucepan add brown sugar, milk and heat to boiling, stirring constantly, boil for 5 minutes. Cool for a while, then blend in powdered sugar beating until smooth, add vanilla and ice cake.
