ICE BOX FRUIT CAKE 
1 (16 oz.) box graham crackers (crushed)
1 (15 oz.) box raisins
1 (4 oz.) candied cherries
2 c. chopped pecans
1 lg. can evaporated milk
42 lg. marshmallows
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring

Mix together graham crackers, raisins, cherries and pecans and set aside. In top of double boiler place milk and marshmallows. Heat until marshmallows are melted. Add vanilla flavoring.

Pour mixture over the graham cracker mixture. Mix until well blended, then press into dish 9 x 13 inch pan; place in refrigerator overnight then slice as needed.
