CARROT TZIMMES 
12 carrots
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. honey
3 tbsp. brown sugar
3 tbsp. lemon juice

Peel and slice carrots. Melt butter in saucepan. Add honey, sugar, and lemon juice. Mix well. Add carrots; bring mixture to a boil; lower the heat and simmer for 1 hour.
