CHEESY MICROWAVE POTATOES 
4 lg. baking potatoes, peeled & thinly sliced
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. milk
1 1/2 c. milk
Salt
Pepper
Butter
1/2 to 1 c. cheese, grated

Place potatoes into a buttered casserole. Mix together flour and 2 tablespoons milk to form paste. Stir paste into remaining milk. Pour over potatoes. Season with salt and pepper, and dot with butter.

Cover and microwave on high for 12 to 14 minutes. Sprinkle grated cheese over potatoes and let stand, covered, 8 to 10 minutes before serving. (Cheese will melt during the standing time without becoming stringy.) Makes 6 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
