CREAMY BAKED CHICKEN BREASTS 
4 whole chicken breasts, split & skinned
8 slices Swiss cheese
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. dry white wine or water
2 c. seasoned stuffing mix
1/3 c. butter, melted

Bone chicken breasts if desired. Arrange chicken in shallow 7 x 11 inch or 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Top each piece with a slice of cheese. In a small bowl, stir together soup and wine; spoon evenly over chicken. Coarsely crush stuffing mix and sprinkle over chicken. Drizzle evenly with melted butter. Bake, uncovered, in 350 degree oven for 50-55 minutes or until meat in thickest portion is no longer pink when slashed.
