AUNT MICHELLE'S WEDDING SOUP
CROUTONS
 
4 lg. eggs
1 c. cracker meal
1 1/2 c. Romano cheese

Beat eggs well; add cracker meal and Romano cheese; mix well. Roll into medium width and 6" long rods. Fry until golden in oil. Drain on paper towel or plate. Cool; must be refrigerated. Dice into 1/4" squares. Croutons are also good as a snack.
