INDIVIDUAL PIZZAS | |
Liquid shortening 1 can refrigerated buttermilk biscuits 1 can tomato sauce or Pizza Quick sauce 1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese, shredded And pizza toppings of your choice Pour small amount of shortening on a cookie sheet, spread evenly. Remove biscuits from can. Take each one individually and spread them out so each is about 4-5 inches in diameter - on the cookie sheet. Spread on tomato sauce (or Pizza Quick sauce) on each biscuit. Place toppings of your choice over the sauce, cover with cheese. Bake at 325 degrees about 15 minutes (or until they look done - lightly golden brown). Makes 8-10 pizzas (depending on size can of biscuits used). |
