SISTER'S BEEF STROGANOFF | |
1 clove garlic, crushed or garlic juice 4 tbsp. butter 1 lb. top round of beef, ground 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced or 6 oz. can 2 tbsp. flour 1 c. cream of chicken soup 1 c. sour cream Paprika 1/4 tbsp. pepper Melt butter in pan with meat and mushrooms. Brown. Add flour, seasoning and soup. Cook slowly uncovered for 10 minutes. Fold cream into mixture and heat thoroughly. Sprinkle with paprika. Serve on hot buttered noodles. 6 generous servings. |
