CREAM OF POTATO SOUP 
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. diced, cooked potatoes
1/2 sm. onion (opt.)
1 tbsp. pimiento

Melt butter; add flour and blend. Add milk and salt; cook until slightly thick, stirring constantly. Add potatoes, onion, pimiento to white sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Makes 6 servings.
