GLORIFIED CABBAGE 
1 med. head cabbage
3/4 stick butter
1 sm. onion, chopped fine
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
Bread crumbs
Salt and pepper to taste

Chop cabbage and cook until tender in salted water. Saute onion in butter. Add cheese and soup. Blend all together. Add chopped cooked cabbage. Top with 3/4 to 1 cup bread crumbs. Bake in casserole at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
