CABBAGE AU GRATIN 
4 tbsp. butter
4 rounded tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
1/3 lb. Velveeta cheese
Head cabbage
Cracker crumbs

Make a cream sauce using butter, flour and milk. Add cheese and melt. Chop or tear cabbage into small pieces. Cook cabbage 5 minutes in salted water. Drain cabbage and mix with cheese sauce in kettle or large baking dish. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Serves 8.
