GREEN RICE CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. butter
4 eggs, beaten
1 lb. sharp cheese, grated
1 c. milk
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 tbsp. onion, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. each, thyme, marjoram, rosemary

Cook spinach, drain. Mix all together and pat into greased casserole. Bake at 350 degrees 1 hour.
