DARK CARROT RAISIN NUT MUFFINS 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
2 lg. eggs
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. butter (melted or vegetable oil)
1 c. grated carrots
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Mix ingredients all together. Makes 1 dozen muffins. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Yummy!
