SNOW PEAS AND TOMATOES 
1/4 c. butter
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 lb. snow peas, string removed
8 oz. can sliced water chestnuts
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. dried oregano
3 med. tomatoes, chopped

Melt butter in wok with garlic over medium heat. Add onion and saute about 1 minute. Add remaining ingredients except tomatoes, stirring constantly, about 3 minutes. Add tomatoes and cook for an additional 3 minutes. Serves 4.
