EASY PIEROGI 
1 pt. cottage cheese
1 can biscuits
Black pepper
Green onions (optional)

Roll out 2 biscuits about the size of small plate; put some cottage cheese, pepper, and onion on one side of the rolled out biscuit, then flip the other side over and pinch down and seal well. Fry in hot shortening. Watch close, because it doesn't take but a few seconds.
