RICE-CHEESE BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked rice
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
1/2 c. onions
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. or 8 oz. Velveeta cheese, diced
1 c. cream of mushroom soup

Cook broccoli according to directions on package and drain. Cook onions in butter, add soup. Stir in cheese. Add broccoli and rice. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
