BROCCOLI, CHEESE, AND RICE
CASSEROLE
 
2 c. uncooked Minute rice
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 box frozen chopped broccoli
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheese Whiz (I use the mild Mexican)

Saute onions and celery in butter in a large saucepan. Cook broccoli according to package and drain. Add soup, cheese, and rice; stir until heated. Pour into a greased baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Yield: 6 servings.
