QUICK AND EASY APPLE CRISP 
3 - 4 c. peeled and sliced Granny Smith apples
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. rolled oats
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 c. finely chopped walnuts

Peel and slice apples, place in 8 x 8 inch casserole dish. In separate dish, mix together brown sugar and rolled oats. When well blended, add butter and walnuts. Sprinkle topping over apples. Bake at 350 degrees about 40 minutes.
