GRAHAM CRACKER CREAM PIE 
16 graham crackers, rolled fine
1 tsp. flour
1/2 c. shortening, part melted butter
1/4 c. sugar

Mix as for pie crust. Pack in pie pan.

CUSTARD FILLING:

3 egg yolks
2 c. milk
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. cornstarch

Cook together until this mixture coats spoon. Pour into crust.

MERINGUE:

Make a meringue of 3 egg whites and 3 tablespoons sugar. Spread on top of custard. Bake at 325 degrees until meringue is brown. Better if kept in refrigerator.
